What helps us
- Your address. So we can confirm your area is covered and the visit can be planned.
- What you're noticing. A musty smell, mold on the joists, sweating ducts, a sagging or soft floor, water after storms, pests, or high summer power bills.
- What's down there now. If you know, tell us whether there's plastic on the ground, open vents, or an older dehumidifier or sump pump.
- Access. Where the crawl space door is, inside or outside, and anything blocking it.
- Photos (optional). If you've taken any, you can text them after we talk.
